Treetops
The Treetops is a comfortable lodge that lies in the path of an ancient elephant migratory route. It is located in the Aberdare National Park which covers the higher areas of the Aberdare Mountain Ranges of Central Kenya.
All the accommodation at the Treetops features a private bathroom with a bath or a shower, as well as a desk, a seating area and a private wardrobe. Large windows fitted in all rooms give guests easy viewing access to the animals and the surroundings. The suites feature a hot tub and there is also a room that is fully-prepared for disabled guests.
The lodge features an in house restaurant, where guests can enjoy the local cuisine as well as try some international flavors.
The bar area features a comfortable lounge area where guests can relax and enjoy a refreshing drink or cocktail. Visitors can also indulge in picnics, trout fishing in the rivers and camping in the moorlands.
The natural park offers many activity options for guests of the Treetops. They can go game viewing, hiking, do nature photography. Bird watching aficionados can observe over 250 species of birds in the park. The varied animal life that visitors can observe in the park include the Black Rhino, leopards, baboons, lions, etc.
Treetops is 30 min drive from Nyeri town and 60 min drive from Nanyuki airstrip.
